NorthLine Service Area
Painting throughout Washington — from your block to ours.
We're based in Seattle and serve the entire Puget Sound region. Whether you're in a Capitol Hill bungalow or a Sammamish hillside new build, you get the same dedicated crew lead, the same premium materials, and the same 2-year workmanship warranty.

Climate-Specific Craft
We specify paint for Washington — not for a sales brochure.
We track moisture content and dew points across the Puget Sound shoulder seasons to lock in dry-application windows on exterior jobs.
North-facing walls in our climate need mildewcide-loaded primers and elastomeric topcoats — standard on every NorthLine exterior.
Pacific Northwest summers can fade the wrong reds and dark blues inside three years. We use 100% acrylics with calibrated UV packages.
