NorthLine Painters was started in the Pacific Northwest with one stubborn idea: hiring a painter shouldn't be a leap of faith. We're a small, local crew that does excellent work on time, on budget, and on the same block we live on.
Our Story
Started by two friends. Built by every homeowner who told another.
NorthLine started with two longtime friends, a borrowed pickup, and a handful of repaint jobs we lined up by knocking on doors in South Seattle. The pitch was simple: show up when we said we would, do the work the way a homeowner actually wants it done, and stand behind it in writing.
We bring a sharp toolkit and a deep bench of color, prep, and climate knowledge specific to the Pacific Northwest — built for heritage homes, hillside new builds, dental offices, and every kind of wood-sided Craftsman from Edmonds down to Renton.
We're not a chain and we're not a franchise — NorthLine is a Washington-owned, Washington-run shop, and we intend to stay that way. The state is our home. Every painter on the crew lives within a short drive of the job site, and every dollar our customers spend stays in the local economy.
We deliberately stay small. Every estimate is given by an owner. Every project has a dedicated lead who's on-site, in uniform, and available by text. When the day ends, the job site is cleaned — because the next morning, you still have to live in your house.
